Automation consultants charge $15K for what Claude Code now does in 2 hours.
I know because we're the ones who used to charge it.
Here's the exact process:
Step 1: Discovery (20 min)
→ Paste your org chart, tool stack, and top 3 bottlenecks
→ Claude interviews you with clarifying questions
→ Outputs a full process inventory ranked by time cost
Step 2: Workflow Mapping (15 min)
→ Describe any department's daily operations in plain English
→ Claude builds a complete process map
→ Every manual handoff, redundant step, and automation trigger flagged
Step 3: Opportunity Audit (10 min)
→ Feed it the workflow map output
→ Returns your top 10 automation opportunities
→ Ranked by ROI, complexity, and build time
Step 4: Architecture Design (20 min)
→ Claude designs the full system architecture
→ Which tools connect where, what the data flow looks like
→ Agents for complex logic, linear flows for the repetitive stuff
Step 5: Build (ongoing)
→ Claude writes the actual workflow JSON
→ Self-documents everything as it builds
Step 6: The output.
A live dashboard your whole team can work from.
→ Clickable process maps for every department
→ Automation opportunities ranked by ROI
→ Implementation progress by phase
→ KPIs updated in real time
→ One link you share with clients, freelancers, or your team to execute
This is what we hand every client at the end of discovery.
The .md file is what makes all of it possible.
Without it, Claude guesses.
With it, Claude builds like a $15K consultant.
Like this post, RT and comment "BLUEPRINT" and I'll send you the full prompt stack and the .md file we use internally. (Must be following so I can DM you)
🎁 Bonus: The first 100 people get a real Precision AI Blueprint — an actual sample audit doc from a client engagement so you can see exactly what the output looks like.

Anthropic ran their entire marketing operation with one person.
$380 billion company.
Paid search. Paid social. SEO. Email. App stores.
One non-technical hire doing all of it — for 10 months.
I pulled it apart.
Compared it to every system we've built across the clients we've worked with.
Then asked myself one question:
If I had to reverse engineer this from scratch — what would it actually look like?
Turns out the architecture isn't that complicated.
I mapped the whole thing into a 47-page PDF you can upload directly to any LLM.
It coaches you through building your own version step by step.
Comment "marketing" and I'll send it over.

That worked much better than I expected! I now have a fully functioning native iOS app and widget showing me stats about my newsletter. Now it's just a matter of tweaking the designs and creating an icon.
If you use @klaviyo let me know if you want to test it on your device. The API key is stored in your Keychain and nothing gets shared online.

I’ve been using @klaviyo for the past six months to grow and manage my mailing list. The only annoyance is that there isn’t really an iOS app or widget that shows me the stats (subscriber, suppressed profile, 30 days stats). With the release of the new Xcode with support for Codex and Claude Code I am going to build my own iOS widget today. Wish me luck 😅

@ChereneAubert Fellow agency owner here! I keep hearing about GrowthCapital! Would love to get any advice you have!

I spent the last year and 100s of thousands dollars learning what not to do with AI in agencies.
At 8F, we've put 40,000+ hours into AI development and now deploy 6,000+ development hours per month for agencies. The pattern we see constantly: owners who have spent 6–12 months testing tools, watching tutorials, and attending workshops—with nothing built to show for it.
Not because they lack intelligence. Because nobody told them the difference between using AI tools and building AI infrastructure.
Using tools looks like: ChatGPT for copy, a prompt saved in Notion, a Zapier zap that breaks every Tuesday.
Infrastructure looks like: a sales call ends, tasks are created automatically, a Slack summary fires, SOPs get checked against output—zero manual steps, every time.
I documented the exact architecture we use to build this for agencies. It's free.
The 7-Step AI Implementation Process for Agency Operators covers:
- Why 3 specific failure modes kill most agency AI experiments before they compound
- The 5-layer architecture framework that makes systems actually hold together
- All 7 implementation steps in sequence, with decision points mapped out
- What this infrastructure physically replaces (5 categories of manual work and cost)
- A self-assessment checklist so you know exactly where you are in the build today
- A one-page visual flow diagram of the full architecture
- The Google Sheet tab to score your current stack against the framework
Agencies running this infrastructure have saved thousands of hours of manual work and added tens of millions in new profit. The stack runs on low four figures per month.
Comment Ai and ill send it to you (must be following)

I co-founded an agency that’s on pace for $5,000,000 ARR.
We’re going to do that by becoming the #1 "service-as-software" for GTM.
Right now, we have 13 agents in our org chart.
And we’re “hiring” 10 more.
Here’s our plan to stay an extremely lean team:
(across departments)
Content Team
• Competitor Research Agent
• Content Ideator Agent
• Interviewer Agent
• Designer Agent
• Repurposer Agent
• Newsletter Agent
• Client Track Agent
GTM Team
• List Building Agent
• Qualification Agent
• Outbound Plays Strategist Agent
• Copywriter Agent
Sales Team
• Pre-Call Assistant Agent
• CRM Assistant Agent
• Email Assistant Agent
• Sales Analyst Agent
Project Management Team
• Project Tracker Agent
• Outbound Reporting Agent
• LinkedIn Reporting Agent
Customer Success Team
• ICP Matrix Agent
• Company Research Agent
• Meeting Summarizer Agent
• Onboarding Agent
• Expansion Agent
I put together a complete agents + humans org chart that maps this all out.
That way, you can steal it and scale your company 3-5x leaner.
If you want it...
Comment "Agents"
And I’ll DM it to you.

@dtcprophet Honestly shocked I'm not seeing more people talk about this
English

@_mlevi Nice man, how close is it getting with the design of the LPs? Is it getting you to V1 or one shoting it?
English

@dtcprophet Without the skill, it was definitely a V1, but with the skill, I'd say it's 90% done on one shot and then back and forth two or three more times to get it right.

Your agency needs to stop installing AI tools in the wrong order.
We tested 47 AI tools inside real $1M–$5M agencies.
12 survived.
The rest:
– Broke at 20+ clients
– Needed constant babysitting
– Collapsed under delivery pressure
– Didn’t integrate
After 30,000+ hours across 1,000+ agencies, we stopped recommending tools.
We recommend sequence.
If you’re an agency owner stuck in QA + margin compression, comment “STACK” and I’ll send the infrastructure map.

🏡 Full disclaimer: I’m not in real estate.
But there are some incredible real estate opportunities here in the beautiful Land of Israel.
Just look at what they’re building.
Look at this view. It’s breathtaking. It’s a dream.

Our newest Shopify theme is about to launch and I'm kind of scared
We had originally planned to sell through the official Shopify Theme Store. That didn't really work out so now we're going solo
I'm also really excited about this because we can build features without worrying about Shopify restrictions/requirements (we'll finally be able to include a built-in wishlist feature)

@jordan_ross_8F We did this as well. Built a whole tool around this. Combines project management, chat, documents, SOPs and client context all in one

I rebuilt the entire email marketing for Dr. Squatch, Cuts, and Reach using Nano Banana Pro.
New product shots
New lifestyle images.
Took me just $5 and 15 minutes.
The video breaks down:
→ Exact prompts I used for each brand
→ How to turn boring white-background product photos into $10k lifestyle shots
→ The "anchor idea" strategy that separates $1K emails from $100K emails
