Booked my ticket through @makemytrip, which was changed by them without my consent. I have been chasing @makemytripcare since April 21, but still no resolution and loads of false promises. @EtihadHelp I request your help. I regret my decision to book through MMT. #NoMoreMMT

@EtihadHelp All you can do is, give @makemytrip the confirmation to proceed with the booking as per the new scheduled we have aligned on. They mentioned that they are blocked on Etihad’s reply, and I have been hearing this for more than a month now. Can you help with that at least?

@EtihadHelp I’m not interested in the refund. I have been requesting to give me tickets from Berlin, which is what I booked. And if Etihad doesn’t fly from Berlin to Abu Dhabi anymore, I’m happy to travel with one extra stopover. Doesn’t it sound fair?

@makemytripcare If you somehow get access to my case, and check more details, I had already shared the flight details (multiple times) and now I’m just following up with your team “every single day” with a “hope”, and I get “within 24 hours” reply instead 🤷🏻‍♂️

@makemytripcare @etihad @jagograhakjago @EtihadHelp This is still open, and every time I call @makemytripcare, they just tell me that things are delayed because of @etihad. For the last 15 days, I've just been hearing that my tickets will be updated within 24 hours, and then a blame on Etihad for not responding.

@makemytripcare @UdaySahgal @makemytrip spoke to @etihad on an alternate route, and they suggested getting in touch with you to get this executed. I have been waiting to hear back from you on DM, but no reply since May 16. This is urgent, and I would request your help to get this closed for me 🙏

My cousin had a similar issue like mine, and @goibibo solved his case in 4 days while MMT is still busy with false promises 🤷🏻‍♂️ CC @jagograhakjago
