I’m leaving my role at Sei to make my dream a reality. I’ve lived the best 2 years of my life helping grow @SeiNetwork. I worked alongside one of the most talented and relentless teams in the industry and learned how to actually make things happen. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity that @phillip_xyz and @chadhuggins gave me. Now I’m moving to Dubai to properly establish myself and taking on a new challenge with the goal of exponential growth. I decided to leave my *literally* dream job to embrace the struggle again. I’m not looking for another role at a top tier company, I’m here to build it. I’ll enjoy the blessings, keep working, and focus on what this industry truly needs. I’ve made lifelong friends along the way and couldn’t be more grateful for everything achieved so far. This industry is why I wake up every morning and the path to making dreams real. Everything from here on out will be intentional, nothing left to luck. I know God has something for me and I’m ready for it. I’ve been preparing my whole life. Excited for Dubai. Grateful for what we’ve built. Proud of who I’ll become. Laser focused.

Having an X account helped me reach my goals. It gave me so many retarded friends in web3, yeah including you. My Discord friend list is always full and DMs are always active. It feels like a classroom more than a social platform. People here have the strongest mentality and are collaborative at the top. It's contagious, you always wanna do better. Thanks to web3 and to my unwavering hope of making it one day, I bought a car and traveled to multiple countries with my family. It may not seem much, but we are getting there. Here's to more Ws. I’m ready for a new chapter and have left my role at Sei. I'll be leaving behind a lot of friends and colleagues there and will remember my time fondly but now I'm ready to take on a new challenge (more on that soon). As I wrap up, wanted to shout out a few legends at Sei: @ChadHugghins, thanks for backing me, getting the best out of me, and helping me go from strength to strength. Couldn't have asked for a better line manager. @rugwop, the spin master. There's no one else I'd want to be working alongside hitting important deadlines whilst juggling many plates. @OnChainAlex, it's been great to see you grow and level up into this AI legend you’re becoming. Look forward to more from you mate. @phillip_xyz, in the trenches, always had my back, total team player, real privilege to work alongside you. @JustinBarlow, great getting to know you a little bit better on [redacted] and seeing you lead the charge for the rest of the team. I'll miss all you guys and the rest of the Sei chads. Leaving is bittersweet but excited to share more about what's next for me soon.

My chapter at Sei came to a close. I took some time before saying anything. I needed to step back and reflect. The past couple of years have been intense. I had the chance to work on what I’m naturally good at: bringing people in, building momentum, growing mindshare, and helping shape what Sei became on the social and community side. But it didn’t stop there. I also got involved beyond marketing, helping grow in-house initiatives and advising projects building on Sei, supporting them at early stages. From creator programs to campaigns to onboarding people from all over the world, I gave it my all. Not perfectly, but always with intention. To the team, thank you. Special shoutout to @phillip_xyz @_osten @ProAboveMe @ChocoYining, it was a pleasure building alongside you over the past 2+ years. To everyone I worked with across the ecosystem, builders, creators, community members, you made this experience what it was. I took some time off, and now I’m back. Still bullish on this industry and where it’s going. If you’ve been following what I do and think there’s something we could build together, my DMs are open.

Personal news alert: I’m starting my own company! After almost five years at Star Atlas, I’m taking a leap of faith and pursuing something I have always wanted to do in my life, but only now feel confident and equipped to do it. These past few years have taught me everything I know about business. Working every day next to @at_mwagner and the Star Atlas team has been the best experience of my life. Not only that, but I also had the blessing to make friends literally all around the globe. Everywhere I travel, there’s always someone from the Star Atlas community willing to meet or be a local guide. I couldn’t be more grateful for all of this, for all the memories in the Star Atlas Discord, every Brew, and every game night. I feel now is the time to apply what I’ve learnt at Star Atlas and create value for more people and projects. I am moving to Dubai to start something with my lifelong friend @_osten, a dream we both had since we were two kids playing videogames at his grandmother’s place, and that is materializing now in this way. This doesn’t mean I’ll fully leave Star Atlas, I’ll be transitioning into an advisor role and plan to continue to be involved in the community and team, just from a different position now. There’s nothing like Star Atlas being created in the world, and I have full trust that Michael and team are the most capable people to build this vision, coupled with the help of the best community in the world.
