after 3 years, i've decided to leave my post at @base. i feel privileged to have joined (pre-mainnet!) to help shape how base talks to the world, making crypto legible and inviting to people who aren't already deep in it. i’m proud of what we built and how we built it. @jessepollak is the real deal, and so is the entire team around him: @sarahzorah, @WilsonCusack, too many to name. rooting for them always. more soon on what’s next.

After nearly 4 years, I've decided to move on from @coinbase and @base to explore something new. This was one of the hardest decisions I've ever made. I had the privilege of working with the most talented team I've ever been part of. People who genuinely care, play positive sum, and believe in our mission. If anyone ever has the chance to work with them, I'd recommend it in a heartbeat. I got to launch @base with Onchain Summer, travel the world from Kenya to Thailand to India to grow our builder and creator communities, and ship @baseapp from scratch, 0 to 1 work that meant wearing every hat needed for success from product to marketing to devrel to QA, and running through walls for bets I believed in. Through this I became a sharper builder and a better leader, and I'm SO insanely grateful for this chapter. Thank you to the incredible leaders I was lucky to work with including @jessepollak, @_johngranata, @chintanturakhia, @brian_armstrong, @maxbranzburg, @sid_coelho, and so many amazing teammates. Rooting for the team and Base builders and creators forever.💙

It’s been a week of big news, and now it’s time for mine. Today is my last day at @base This was one of the hardest things to keep quiet. An era is ending, but the seeds we planted will keep growing. The Base community has never been about any one person or role. It is a living, evolving force. To @base team and @jessepollak: thank you for leading with heart and giving me a chance to be part of something meaningful. Supporting this incredible global community has been one of the most fulfilling chapters of my career. To @base community: this isn’t a goodbye. And you already know I can’t stop, won’t stop cheering you on. I’ll see y’all in the trenches. basemom hugs 💛
