Terrible service @goustocooking . Again no delivery despite the chatbot telling us it was on its way at 8:30 pm and offered £13 for late delivery. Next day, still nothing + very hungry. Only been emailed (24 hrs late) to say no box and will give refund for missing item.

@HiveHelper We have paid for our camera to be installed and booked visits with nobody showing up. Taken time off for this. Your email support took over an hour to book the 2nd no show. Unacceptable. We want a refund which we have requested by email but once again no response.
