Table fleshed out to give some insight on this question. Based on difference before and after January 18th, appears some teams put up a fight 2nd half of season (Aston Villa 2015/16, Sheff Utd 2020/21), others maybe not so much (Brighton 2018/19, Middlesbrough 2016/17)

@a_bull It's not an outfield player though, is it? We all know that goalkeepers have slightly different threshold in certain situations.

There's nothing VAR can do to give Burnley the goal because the referee blew the whistle before the ball went in the net. Thus, play was dead. If Robert Jones were a bit smarter he would have held off blowing the whistle for a foul on Illan Meslier for a few seconds. #LEEBUR
