En inglés hay muchas, y diría que depende de la plataforma y del tipo de negocio en el que te enfoques (eCOM, B2B, Lead gen, local, etc.).
Lo que me funciona es hacer algunas búsquedas en X sobre ciertos temas y luego dejar que el algoritmo me bombardee con tweets para ir eligiendo qué seguir.
