@WhatsApp Your search engine for music for status updates is terrible: you can search by song name or artist name but never by a combination of them, which is awful, as there are too many songs with the same name.

@WhatsApp Two versions ago Whatsapp Desktop for Mac froze when I clicked on a message. One version ago WhatsApp was terribly slow, as if it had a memory leak or something. And now it hung up when WhatsApp was in the background. Please improve your QA, it’s terrible!

The fourth install failed as well, because a bug chose a new backup of the new phone with no data instead of the backup from yesterday I had selected of my stolen phone. UNBELIEVABLE!

Why on Earth would an "Update requested" step freeze for a long time? Apple requesting an update Apple forced upon me from Apple and Apple is having a hard time deciding whether to give it to Apple?!

It's incredible how much worse @Apple software has gotten over time. It used to be super simple to switch to a new iPhone. I am now on the fourth install on the same day, hoping it gets this one right. (continues)

Third one failed because it failed to ask which backup to restore from and chose the wrong one. Are there any good engineers left @Apple? If so, please fix this!

Not to mention even non-Beta Apple releases are often buggy so waiting is a good idea. Only reason I joined is I can't wait for a release that fixes the previous (public) one's bugs!

I recommend against joining the @apple iOS Beta program. It forced me to download and install the latest Beta and wait 8 hours with my phone unusable instead of asking me when I want to do it or doing in the background. Such bad software decisions...

@Verizon technology is so awful they won’t even let me pay my bill. I can’t call them. I can’t register. I can’t log in. I get an error if I try to pay without logging in. On two different browsers.

Searching doesn't find "silence calls from unknown callers", either.

@apple's latest iOS update is the worst one I have ever seen. Bugs include: Try adding a photo to a contact from the photo. Try pasting a # in a contact's field. The new screen caller feature doesn't work, "silence calls from unknown callers" is no longer functional.

@FedEx called to say I could change the delivery address for a package addressed to my house destroyed by the Eaton fire. But when I call them they don't allow the recipient to change the address and don't give any option to talk to a human. Empathetic way to treat fire victims.

My chats bounce, and the agent, April, did not even give me a few seconds to ask any question before disconnecting me, after I waited for 55 minutes for her to authenticate me. DREADFUL SYSTEMS AND SUPPORT!

When it was picked up, SIX (6!) authentication attempts failed due to different bugs in their system. When the seventh succeeded, I was told to remain connected that I would be connected to their technical team in 25-30 minutes. 52 minutes later, nothing has happened. CONTINUES.

My experience switching to @Verizon has been absolutely dreadful. They failed to switch my number. Chatting with @VerizonSupport led to me getting disconnected before the chat was picked up ("Thank you for chatting with Verizon"). CONTINUES BELOW.
