@rhiannonlucyc A 'minutes of nap remaining' timer display - is it going to be a short one so just make a cup of tea and don't start any jobs, or do you have time to actually do something useful (e.g. have a nap)

@HopeWhitmore It is daunting at first but it can be brilliant. Can also be glitchy... Make sure every part is bone dry (esp green bits) or loses suction. Give it a try when someone else has baby so you have both hands completely free! DM if you'd like help. I've been there with supply issues!

@LumoTravel booked train tickets rtn London to Edinburgh back in October. Just got to york to change and turns out my connecting train doesn't exist... How can I get a refund and compensation for the new ticket I've had to buy that will get me home 1.5 hrs later than planned?
