@abeplee Awesome! It might be not a bad idea comparing transfection results with Thermo's Neon (capillary electroporator) and Maxcyte's flow electroporator as well :) Anyhow, I do appreciate your comments, and hope to see you at microTAS again!

@ac467 Finally, we had compared AESOP with Lonza Nucleofector (Fig.S13) for dosage uniformity. But we agree that large plasmid transfection should be compared also.

@ac467 CRISPR plasmid (9.3 kbp) was delivered and resulted in an estimated 20% gene knockout in the cell population. This is evidence that the plasmid is transfected.
