Another UBER menace!! UBER took two advance payments for trip from Kanakia Boomerang. The first driver cancelled the trip and I had to make another payment. The 2nd driver also cancelled the trip. But uber did not refund the advance payments that it received !!

When will Uber improve? When will regulations on aggregators be framed? The menace is growing - rash driving, trip refusals and now - not returning items left behind in the cab during my trip on 8th. And Uber mgmt does not share telephone contacts for help. Who can help then?

Vistara cancels my booking for return flight kolkata to mumbai less than 7 days before departure via sms. No reasons assigned. No one is talking. No news on the refund. Prices increased by over 100% on rebooking. There needs to be regulations to protect the citizens..
