@AskVirginMoney hi, I'm trying to make a one off payment to my card, usually when I do this it takes me to my banking app for authorisation, but today it just posts your bank account and sort code so that I have to manually make the transfer. Are we no longer able to make 1 off

@ring are you having a global outage as ALL cameras in ALL locations not updating and website shows unauthorised. ALL cameras are showing notifications off and devices are unmanageable. I think you have a BIG ISSUE GLOBALLY!

@ubereats_uk is there a way to get past automated help messages? am requesting a refund for an item that has been missed and am being told that becuase I’ve had adjustments before (all for missing items on past orders) I am not eligible, this is pretty insulting and poor service
