This is the current front runner for the dumbest post of the day. The Constitution has been amended 17 times since its inception outside of the 10 passed the day it was signed. It's no simple thing to amend the constitution and we're nowhere near amending it to eliminate free speech. But grift on... It's your right.

When Dave Chappelle did a skit mocking me during BLM, I responded that I was flattered that he even knew my name. When South Park did an episode mocking Charlie Kirk, he played it on repeat on his show. Were Charlie alive and the subject of the Druski skit, he would have laughed. Whether regarding Jimmy Kimmel, South Park, Chappelle or otherwise— any person attempting to criminalize jokes is the enemy of free speech. Not one inch.

We are moments away from a new constitutionalal amendment. It will strip free speech away and they will say its bc the 1st amendment didn't account for social media. It is obvious what "they" are doing. They are ramping up the crazy conspiracy podcasters and blaming everything on them. The stage is set. We just need 1 or 2 BIG false flags so they can feel comfortable enough implementing the new amendment to the constitution in the name of peace and safety.

THIS is moral leadseeship! Politico's owner - Axel Springer- just made it clear: if employees can’t support the company’s core principles ( including Israel’s right to exist) they shouldn’t work there. The stance comes after internal pushback from Politico staff, but leadership is doubling down on its long standing values, which include support for Israel alongside democracy and free speech. Important context: * Criticism of Israeli policy is legitimate. * Denying the Jewish state’s right to exist is not as it singles out the world’s only Jewish state and crosses into antisemitism. That’s the line Axel Springer is drawing and we're here for it!

Nothing pisses me off more than when I get off an airplane at Newark Airport and, in my face, is a row of shirts in a store screaming, “I Love New York.” Really? We just landed in NEW JERSEY! Let’s be honest, putting “I Love New York” on a t-shirt these days is basically like putting “I Love Socialism.” With the World Cup fast approaching, my “Jersey Pride Tax Credit” will create a 25 percent tax credit for businesses that sell New Jersey-branded products and require priority retail space in major transit hubs for businesses that showcase products that promote New Jersey.

Today, on Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day, we pause to honor the 1.5 million lives lost — and to stand with New Jersey’s Armenian community. As a proud member of the Congressional Armenian Caucus, I will make sure their history, resilience, and contributions to this state and country will never be forgotten.

🚨 Regime Media Tour? Day 1 of Western Commentators in Iran Is Already Ridiculous Christopher Helali, Bushra Shaikh, Wyatt Reed, and Katia Antoniadi are in Iran right now, and Day 1 is already delivering some incredible material. Enjoy the supercut. Helali dramatically frames arriving in Iran as returning to “my homeland after 37 years apart,” while Bushra solemnly declares, “Some might even be questioning why has Bushra gone to Iran during a time of war.” Bushra, is that meant to be rhetorical? We all know why you are there to help launder regime propaganda.

Walk every unit when you buy a multifamily property. Here is why: Years ago we were in due diligence on a deal. The seller lived out of state and self-managed through an on-site manager who had been there for years. The rent roll showed 75% occupancy. That was a big deal to us and shaped our business plan. The lower occupancy meant we were getting a better purchase price, but it also meant that we could renovate faster, lease them up, and get a higher rent because the units would be higher quality. We have done a lot of deals like this. Then we walked the units. The property was 99% occupied. The on-site manager was marking real tenants as vacant and pocketing their rent. My guess is that she had been doing it for years. $15-20k a month, every month, while the owner 1,500 miles away looked at a rent roll that said his property was struggling to stay full. She didn't even show up to the turnover on closing day. The maintenance guy opened the file drawer, handed us the keys, and wished us luck. Our own on-site manager in that neighborhood had watched this woman for years. She told us later she always wondered how the lady took her family to Disney every year. She figured the owner must be paying her well. Our manager thought she herself was underpaid. That same out-of-state owner still owns another property in Dallas. Still self-manages it from out of state. Still employs the same on-site manager. I have offered to buy it. He will not sell.

@CranhoodDriller @SteveKornacki I don’t read this that way. Many of the Jews in those towns (my people!) are lifelong democrats who wouldn’t vote for her bc of Israel. They are anomalies and they are aging (or old) and will be the exception. The bloom is off. American people’s support for Israel is done.

About 95% of the vote is counted in NJ-11 and Analilia Mejia's lead is just under 20 points. This will be yet another Democratic overperformance in a House special election - currently a net 10-point improvement vs. the '24 WH result in the district. But this is likely to be the smallest. Previously, the range of overperformance has been between 13 (TN-7) and 25 (GA-14) points. In particular tonight, there have been clear pockets of resistance to Mejia in Livingston and Millburn, two large typically Democratic towns with large Jewish populations that may be uncomfortable with Mejia's left wing politics, particularly on Israel.

@bra82247 @Evan_Rosenfeld I disagree. It means that the Zionist Jews of Livingston who now support Trump and Republicans will be shocked that their $$$ and support for AIPAC will no longer buy elections as due to alt media and technology the world can now see the truth about Israel.

Livingston is one of the most Jewish towns in New Jersey. It just swung 70+ points toward Republicans compared to 2024 and last year’s gubernatorial race. Democrats should pay attention to this or it may very well come back to bite them in ‘26 and ‘28
