Coons: Trump said we never asked for and never received anything from NATO. Was that your experience in Afghanistan? Hegseth: The vast majority of my experience was frustration. Coons: 1/3 of all combat casualties were from NATO. Hegseth: I'd have to go back and check that.

@ImtiazMadmood Someone had to do it. Who better than the UAE? They get to see first hand the abuse the Iran regime. Other countries will follow suit soon.

THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES HAVE JUST INVADED IRAN FROM WITHIN. After Iran bombarded them relentlessly with missiles and drones, the UAE responded with full FAFO activated. Emirati forces have been carrying out direct military attacks on Iranian territory for several days now. This isn't a rumor. Fox confirms: they're inside the Islamic Republic, hitting hard. This is no longer a missile exchange. This is open war. Gulf nations are lining up with force. The Persian bear kept poking… and now it's getting real claw swipes. The Middle East map has just changed forever. - @Jhonffonseca

@JasonM2929 @TheStudyofWar A ground operation requires equipment that has to be sent via ships. No ships have been contracted to carry such equipment or to would be all over the news. At least 150K troops are needed.

@TheStudyofWar Unfortunately, there is no scenario where we don’t engage in a ground invasion. We have painted ourselves into a corner and have no other viable options. Our military is significantly more capable than Iran’s, but they’re banking on our unwillingness to take on casualties.

Iran Update Special Report, May 11, 2026: Iranian leaders are trying to dictate the terms for ending the war, which illustrates that the Iranian regime perceives that it has the upper hand in the conflict at this time. Iran’s proposed terms would require the United States to give up its leverage over Iran before any negotiations could take place, which would likely make it more challenging to extract nuclear concessions from Iran. Iran has not provided any guarantees that it would engage in nuclear negotiations, let alone make nuclear concessions, even if the United States accepted its terms. More Key Takeaways: Commercially available maritime data appears to indicate that some vessels may be complying with Iran’s new transit regulations in the Strait of Hormuz. Recognition of Iran’s “sovereignty” over the strait would fundamentally remake regional and global maritime norms in a manner extremely detrimental to US interests. Iranian Armed Forces General Staff-run media claimed that the Iranian regime has deployed 10,000 first-person view (FPV) drones to the Artesh Ground Forces since the 12-Day War in June 2025. Iranian forces would likely use these drones to try to defend against potential ground operations in Iranian territory. Iran is likely providing Hezbollah and Iranian-backed Iraqi militias with FPV drone technology. Hezbollah and Iraqi militias have consistently conducted attacks targeting Israeli and US forces and assets using FPV drones during the current conflict. (1/2)

This is outrageous.. Not a single person on my flight is masked up while we’re in the middle of a double pandemic (Covid + Hantavirus). I politely informed the flight attendant that this is a super spreader event. She just shrugged and walked away. I've already filed a formal complaint with the FAA and CDC. This is reckless and cannot stand. Masks save lives, the science is settled on that.

🚨 Military LEGO AI just dropped another SAVAGE Lego Diss exposing the real priorities in America 💀🔥 “ALWAYS money for war… but NEVER for the people” 🤔 Iraq → $2.1 TRILLION Afghanistan → $2.3 TRILLION Now Donnie & Co. are lining up another casual $1 TRILLION for Iran like it’s nothing… They’ll happily bleed America DRY for endless overseas wars… but suddenly “budget’s tight, sorry” when it’s time to fix roads, hospitals, help our vets, lower grocery bills, or take care of the poor and teachers back home?! Clown priorities on full display. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤡 #MilitaryLegoAI #WarSpending #LegoTrump #Trump #IranVsUS #PeopleLeftBehind #PeopleOverWar #LEGO #PoliticalSatire #LegoStopMotion #LegoNews #AmericaFirst #Savage #Viral #fyp #Trending #StopMotion

🚨 It’s May 1st — the exact 60-day War Powers deadline — and Military LEGO AI just dropped one of the most savage LEGO diss track of the year: “The End of the Line” 💀🔥 Trump notified Congress back in March he was striking Iran. U.S. law gives him exactly 60 days to fight without approval… then he’s legally supposed to stop or get Congress to sign off. Donnie treated the clock like a suggestion. Today the deadline hits: gas is $4.23, Strait of Hormuz locked, tanks empty, and the whole plan officially expired. Iran don’t miss. This Lego diss track is cooking Trump harder than reality ever could 😂🔥 #Trump #Iran #WarPowers #May1st #GasPrices #MilitaryLego #LEGO #Satire #IranWar #PoliticalHumor #Trump2026 #LegoTrump #TrumpSatire #LegoRap #PoliticalRoast #TrumpRoast #ComedyGold #ViralVideo

Note to Readers: Indications & Warnings is actively throttled by X’s algorithms. Correct military terminology when used in reportage of the UKR war especially targeted and limited in reach. This has forced the use of satirical words and obtuse language We’re in an Information War. I & W is the target of hundreds of Russian bots that daily report ‘inappropriate language’ which further limits the reach of this account. You can help by R/Ting, quoting, and spreading the word.

I see a lot of different military kit on an everyday basis, but rarely do I see innovations that truly amaze me. Today, however, my mind was officially blown by Harmattan, a French drone company with a major UK operation. It produces the Gobi counter-UAS drone. Designed to knock Shaheds out of the sky, a simple sensor enables its autonomous guidance system to lock-on to a target. It flies at 350 km/h, has a range of 5 km, and strikes targets with 10,300 joules of energy. It comes in a 5 kg container and costs DJI money. Fit a bank of these to any MBT or IFV, and the drone threat is dramatically and efficiently lessened. Insane ingenuity.

@WriteTh3Future @BaldingsWorld Remove the tarrifs and buy from Canada, which has worked for decades. Canada is now selling aluminium to Europe because US companies can't afford to pay the tarrifs. And they buy the ore from the US. Self-inflicted wound.

U.S. SPR is down only 2.1 million barrels 2/27-4/3 after agreeing on Mar 11 to draw down 172 million barrels. Expected timeline is 120 days, or July 15. Still seems like an idea not in America's best interests. @mercoglianos

@KurtSchlichter If it was a single voice, maybe you could dismiss him out of hand. However, he has some good points. It is worth exploring the idea that a resounding military victory could still lead to a strategic failure. You're a lawyer - You know full well that things are rarely clear cut.

@AaronGunn You do realize building pipelines ensures that we never refine our own oil and are always crude exporters. Oil is expensive because we don’t make it, we buy it.

Canada has the 4th-largest oil reserves on the planet. We should not have $2-per-litre gas. Canada's political leaders need to stop making excuses and start building. We need to build pipelines. We need to build refineries. And we need an energy policy that actually puts Canada and Canadians first! 🇨🇦

@TheStudyofWar You stop China by taking out 100% of Iran's oil's production while reestablishing sanctions on Russian energy. Yes, it will cause temporary chaos, but with the US and GCC controlling 98% of all global oil production, it will settle quickly.

NEW: China is helping Iran reconstitute the Iranian missile program amid US-Israeli efforts to degrade it. Western media reported that China has sent multiple shipments of missile fuel precursor to Iran since the start of the war. (1/2) Iran has been digging out underground missile bunkers and silos struck by the combined force, in some cases returning them to operation hours after strikes, according to recent US intelligence assessments. Iran may be reestablishing access to their launchers hours after strikes, but these launchers are components of a larger system that has been degraded. Reported fear and lack of coordination across some Iranian forces mean that medium-range missile systems are still functioning sub-optimally. Iran’s ballistic missile program is also a military organization that consists of both combat and support elements, and assessing the overall degradation of Iran’s ballistic missile program based on one element of the system—such as launcher availability—is impossible. The combined force has targeted both the combat and support elements, including extensive strikes on research facilities, development institutions, and industrial facilities. China’s efforts to help Iran reconstitute could undermine the combined force efforts to degrade or destroy the supporting elements of the ballistic missile program, however. The combined force targeted the Iran-Iraq border crossing in Shalamcheh, Khuzestan Province, for at least the second time since the war started as part of its ongoing efforts to target Iran’s repressive capabilities. The strikes come amid reports that Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) fighters have deployed to Basij bases in Khuzestan Province via the Shalamcheh crossing. ISW-CTP previously assessed that the regime may be mobilizing PMF fighters, in part, to strengthen control over previous protest hotspots. The combined force also continued to target petrochemical facilities in Iran as part of its efforts to degrade Iran’s defense industrial base and, therefore, military reconstitution capabilities.
