Was is the point in @eBay anymore. I lost "no returns" on the listing, buyer doesn't know what they are doing, wants to return it. eBay decides I'm at fault, despite saying no returns, it's returned. What is the point @AskeBay no seller protection

@eBay what are the working hours as i cant get through to a real person? "no returns" i clearly list the item as, the buyer wants to return, claims its faulty, gives me an error code that proves it isnt faulty. And i have to pay for all this tomfoolery!?
