This is a major issue in the UK we need a focus on research in the NHS rather than it being a "nice extra". Not only could it improve outcomes for patients but it also will result in cost savings if we can attract commercial studies

First drawings are out for @hackneycouncil's redesign of Pembury Circus. First thoughts: big win for pedestrian experience (I've overlaid existing pavements in pink so you can see how much has been added); but disappointing that there is very little on offer to make cycling safer
