Shame on @airindia @AirIndiaX . Because of your delayed flight from IX 1259 from Bagdogra to Kolkata, I missed my flight from Kolkata to Bhubaneswar.I was travelling with my Wife and infant and a delay of 4 hours is not acceptable at allThe trouble we had to bear is unacceptable

Fantastic flight @airindia The plane was old, but the cabin crew - made the flight. Such amazing service - over and above the call of duty - engaged everyone - super intuitive. She proves the fact that great crew make for a great flight even if the equipment is old. Great pilot - best flight in a long time
