California is suing the Trump Administration for wrongfully repealing the foundation of all federal regulation of climate pollution. The EPA is duty-bound under the Clean Air Act to protect public health and welfare from air pollutants, including greenhouse gases.

Trump EPA’s reckless repeal of the Endangerment Finding — critical public health protections — is a direct threat to American lives. California won’t stand by while the Trump Admin rolls back protections Americans rely on every day.
