@BradeauxNBA Look at the teams we were playing, we had one of the easiest last 10 game stretches in the league

The Rockets nearly set a franchise record for their most consecutive games with 30+ assists at the end of the season and they’ve gone away from all of that. Right back to iso hoops and trying to force KD to beat a blitz. I have no explanation for what I am seeing.

I wouldn’t play him or any other 14-15th man on the roster in the playoffs lol but at least he doesn’t get targeted like Aaron, Reed, Tate and Sengun basically every time on the defensive end and lord help us if all three in the game (unless they get hit from 3) No matter what combo of players Ime plays, we either don’t have enough Offense or enough Defense to really compete AKA Roster issues

@aiwithq This is fair, I wouldn’t guard Okogie either. but Ime doesn’t have to play him. But with Okogie is in the lineup who has he stopped? Luke and smart have gone off both games so where is the advantage, Reed isn’t the best defender but Okogie isn’t stopping anyone

Against a non Rockets team, no Luke Kennard can’t guard but against this Rockets team, he can lol it’s easy to guard when all you have to do is let ppl shoot and pack the paint & they do when they play for us because of how Stone built this roster, with that dumbass “we’ll beat teams by defending and out rebounding them and getting second chance points” strategy

@aiwithq Can luke kennard guard? Why does every player that plays have to be an all world defender to play for us lol luke and smart are literally frying us yet Reed playing 10 minutes so who is actually guarding lol like I don’t get it

@kzu @github Am I the only one that remembers that Opus models used to 10x? It feels like they were only recently cheap enough to use a bunch (like the last 8 months or so)?

Ok, this is BAD, really BAD @github Copilot. Where did my Opus 4.6 from pre-1.0.34 go?! (right screenshot is v1.0.31). 7.5x makes Opus basically an unusable thinking model now.

Podcast Notes 🗒️@podcastnotes

Netflix co-founder and former CEO @marcrandolph says hard work is a myth. Yes, sometimes you have to grind. But 99% of the time it changes nothing. He uses 2 dead-simple examples to prove it: 1. Sprinting in a triathlon (you can't sprint the whole race) 2. Running through airports to catch flights (the plane left anyway) "You don't lose the deal at 2 o'clock that morning because you didn't check the fonts. You lost it four weeks ago when you didn't have the fundamentals right." His answer: stop grinding on the wrong things. Wisely choose your focal points and you make 99% of the difference without the extra hours.

Ok not gonna lie, this new update will get my full attention after work today The computer use stuff looks dope and the stuff with checking across slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, and notion for “things that need my attention” will help so many of my clients Can’t wait to try it

Codex just got a lot more powerful. Computer use, in-app browser, image generation and editing, 90+ new plugins to connect to everything, multi-terminal, SSH into devboxes, thread automations, rich document editing. Learns from experience and proactively suggestions work. And a ton more.

Friday question 🤔 What's the one GitHub Copilot feature you use the most? For me it's inline completions in the editor. Boring answer maybe, but it saves me the most time day to day. What about you?
