Call me crazy, but I don't think there should be a bar in parliament, tax-payer funded or not. I think any politician who goes into work drunk, should be kicked out of their job, same as they would be in literally any other job.

@kaemi0273 also records show it's cheaper to house someone in a prison for the rest of their life than to execute them, so it's not even financially viable. it would be even cheaper still if the USA got rid of private prisons (which are ethical nightmares in and of themselves)
