@etihad I request @EtihadHelp @etihad to clarify this “same travel duration” requirement and provide official documentation to support it. The current update is this on their website.

I had a very disappointing experience with @etihad @EtihadHelp after my flights were cancelled. While the website says passengers can rebook or get a refund, I faced inconsistent and unclear policies that are not publicly documented.

@EtihadHelp Rebook Allowed! Could you clarify whether the new travel duration must remain the same No. of days as the original itinerary, or if a shorter duration is permitted? E.g. Original itinerary: 5 March – 1 May (57 days) Proposed rebooking: 15 April – 1 June 2026 (47 days)

@OnePlus_Support @oneplus It's been 2 months that my mobile camera app is not working. I tried all possible solutions available on your Community Portal including clearing camera app cache and restarting mobile but nothing worked.
