@TK_HelpDesk I already tried complaining and received a politely dismissive response blaming me for the delay despite a detailed explanation of being handicapped with my leg, poor facilities at the airport and a complete lack of knowledge of time which should be the airline’s responsibility.

@TurkishAirlines Missed 2 of our flights, paid double for tickets, spent all night at Rome Airport. Because the airline announces boarding gates little over an hour pre- boarding, offers no information on the distance to the gate and no wheelchair on demand. Inhuman! #airlines
