So @att @ATTHelp this is getting ridiculous. I called on 3/9 to change my service by dropping U-verse since it was $200 a month for something I was never using. Rep tells me - it’s all good, recycle the equipment, $116ish credit on next bill. Next bill comes. Says I owe $282.

Fast forward to today…new bill comes. Says I now owe $573. Yet another month of tv being billed plus a fun late fee! Threatens me with cancelling internet if I don’t pay. So how many more phone calls is it going to take for your customer service to do their jobs?

For u-verse and internet I NO LONGER have. I call back - new guy says it’s a system error and it will get sorted out with the following bill. Says he’s changing the payment date to 5/8 so the credits will catch up. (Which is not what he did - he logged a promise to pay on 5/8).

Hey @TeamStubHub can you please make it clear on your platform that buyers need to input their real emails and not “hide my email” in order to transfer tickets? This is getting ridiculous.

@HockeyRobThough @Ticketmaster If you make over $600 in sales they have to send you a tax form for 2022. Same with Stubhub and the other resale sites.

First time selling tickets on @Ticketmaster do they always make you fill out 1099/tax information before paying you?
