Helen Zille played a significant role in your political journey, offering support, political space, and leadership backing during your tenure as Executive Mayor of Johannesburg. That history cannot simply be erased when it becomes convenient. Political differences are expected and even healthy in a democracy, but they should not descend into personal antagonism.
