Feeling good, just beat a 29yr old in my tennis league (3.5 division) in an epic two hour match, 6-3, 3-6 (7-2). My body is destroyed. Worth it tho. Related, another guy I play is a Doctor and he says tennis is #1 healthiest sport for body and mind (eg dementia prevention). Just throwing that out there.
