Hello @msedcl Need clarification on why my docs for Application No. 76716222 weren’t approved. Same format as another approved flat.
Attached: Sale Deed, Builder NOC, Possession Letter, Form X & U.
Please highlight issues so I can correct & resubmit.
When I pointed this out, the surveyor changed the reason saying it was rejected because **two claims were filed together**.
To make things worse, customer care has been **passing me from one person to another with no resolution**.
Extremely disappointed with @cholams🚨
My **Car Insurance Claim #3311/2600033395/0D** was rejected with changing reasons.
First they said I reported the claim after 2 days — but their own website clearly allows reporting within **7 days**.
@_groww, due to glitch on your platform yesterday, there was incorrect selling of 4 stocks, revert the sell order or compensate for the losses. The 4 stocks are Birlasoft, Coal India, Godrej Consumers & Nippon IT ETF. Ticket Id 20919481 got created but nothing has been done yet
@makemytripcare Hello Neha, out of the two transactions, there was a partial refund of 4383. Please check why you have initiated just single refund out of the two and that too partial amount.

@makemytrip@makemytripcare I had booked flights from MMT via Amazon. Due to some personal reason I had to cancel the flights. For this I connected with Indigo and canceled the same. Indigo has refunded the amount to MMT but I haven't received it yet in my account.
In net, there was refund of Rs 5,090.00 for PNEQ3S (MakeMyTrip Id: NF1YRJPZCXNXKQV36839) and Rs 4,932.00 for AVZMTN (MakeMyTrip Id: NF1CCQ99Y8VJ45OT9235). Kindly help me getting refund to souce credit card.
@EurekaForbes 2 days have passed and @EurekaForbes has not assigned a person to fix water leakage. Regretting my decision to buy from you guys, very frustrating & sad experience. @pratikpota
@EurekaForbes Yesterday I have raise a complaint for the water purifier due to leaking within the warranty period. Each time I ask for the update customer agent says they will call within 2 hrs and no one has called yet. Can you guys take some action, CM-210623-10878000

@makemytrip@amazon PNR : NNVIJS... I have booked flight from Deoghar to Mumbai on 24 May. Due to some personal reason I had to reschedule the flight to July. For this I connected with Indigo and rescheduled the same. In net, there was refund of INR 2962.

I don't have the order number and without that your automated call center doesn't let ppl connect with agent and also mailed on MMT-ho_collection_team@makemytrip.com but no one cared to reply. Can you help me getting the refund into my account.
Indigo has refunded the amount to MMT but I haven't received it yet in my account. They have initiated on 1st of this month, it is almost 15 days and the amount hasn't credited in my payment source. I tried reaching MMT customer care, since I had booked flight through Amazon.
