So @amazonIN is a scam, order RO, which turns out to be used product. Ordered replacement, which never arrived. Then requested return, no pickup!! They say can't refund till return is done and do not pick!! @amazon @AmazonHelp @jagograhakjago please help with refund!

There is only 1 thing I ordered from @amazonIN for my new house, a RO and that is only thing which is not ready before I move to the house. First a used product was delivered and then replacement order is delayed! I guess I will stop using diapers for any thing important!

@amazonmusic and @amazon You really need to do better. I had an encounter with CS. I was promised a refund for 3 months on music. It took me arguing and escalating it to higher mgr. They kept wanting to cancel my music subscription in order to give me a refund THEY promised.
