The Senate just advanced the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act (89-10) procedural vote. I know $OPEN has been supporting curbing of institutional investors and pro the suggestion. But is this a potential headwind for $OPEN 2.0? What do you think, bullish pivot or real risk? It will be interesting to hear a comment about this in the future from management @nejatian @morganb, as I am pretty sure many investors would like to know.
