There are stadiums in almost every region (former provinces.) The stadium that was built in Kitui was last used during last year's Mashujaa Day. So, what's the essence of these stadiums everywhere spending at least a billion per stadium. Hosi haziezi pewa dawa? Walimu wa JS waconfirmiwe? Incentivise factories, industries and other services?
