Hello @Argos_Online my orders keep being cancelled, on my order it says I've cancelled but I haven't? I only realised as I got a refund from Klarna. tried to order again, & the same has happened even with different payment. What's going on? Tried chat on website & getting nowhere

I've had a full box credit to my @HelloFreshUK account due to unforeseen circumstances that meant my box won't be delivered. It was a one off purchase; I wasn't planning on getting another box next week - I can just have a refund to my bank so I can buy food for the week please?

How does this make sense 🤣 seller sent me someone else's parcel on @vintedUK & I had to send it back (tracked) costing £4.99. I'm being refunded the cost of the transaction (buying parcel & posting it to me) but they won't refund me the £4.99 for returning it. What the hell?! 🫠
