After @Etihad changed our original flights, a rebooking issue occurred during support chat. Despite multiple escalations and promises of quick contact, the case is still unresolved. Is this really how customer issues not caused by them should be handled? @EtihadHelp

Luggage has been delayed. Duty supervisors at HYD didn’t provide PIR number, stuck without my luggage and @Etihad staff casually told me it will be a 2-day wait. Deeply disappointed by this disruption and lack of care. @EtihadHelp, I need this resolved now. #EtihadAirways

I'm Very disappointed with the experience I’m having with @etihad Route: Hyd → Bos → Den (transfer with JetBlue) I haven’t received my baggage yet. All my belongings are in my baggage. 1st they postponed my trip and now baggage issue @EtihadHelp 🤦‍♂️
