policy taken in march 1st of Rs 30k today final approval received of 105k ...this is what insurance is about.. i receive a msg on Thursday night that my kid fell and a surgery will be required to his hand.. we checked everything and with 12 hours of back and fourth have got approval of initial and within 2 hours final approval settled with zero deduction .. problem is there in insurance approvals delay and everything. But at the end of the day if claim is genuine ..you have right people to be in your side your claim will approved...
