Hi @waitrose. Bought this British Cheesemakers box, and partner on the counter warned me one item on a short date (hence price reduction). Sure enough, Camembert expires in four days’ time — fair enough. But the Harrogate Blue (my favourite!) is already three days past use-by. ☹️

Was told I had a 30-day window. That would make the day after tomorrow (1 Feb) the deadline.
But website says I cannot return, suggesting may be “past the 30-day return period”?
Hi @Gails_Bakery I know it’s the run up to Christmas and your staff are busy. But is it too much to expect your loos be kept clean and tidy? Doesn’t inspire confidence over hygiene of kitchen. Millennium Bridge, but could be virtually any branch I’ve visited, at any time of year.
Incredibly unimpressed with @Uber_Support. Called this morning more than 48hrs after being promised a 6month Disney+ trial; told they actually take 72hrs to come through, but my case would be stored. Ring back after 72hrs; no record of case; entirely unhelpful asst cuts off call!
For what it’s worth, my mother – looking for a christening gift – had a much more satisfactory experience. One partner suggested a lovely idea, took her downstairs to where it would be, and when she found it to unfortunately be out-of-stock, offered assistance in ordering one in.
Look, if we want our bricks-and-mortar retailers to survive – and I, more than most, really do: I love John Lewis almost more than is healthy – it’s essential to offer something shoppers can’t get from an app or the Internet. For goodness’ sake, don’t just point them to a screen.
A quiet afternoon in High Wycombe. Overheard a fellow @JohnLewisRetail customer ask for assistance buying an iPad: “I’d like to know about the prices on these”, he said. The partner referred him simply to the device itself: “If you just tap the screen, the price should come up.”
Hi @VirginWines. I signed up tonight, having seen an offer today for a £60 12bottle case + free Prosecco. But in the order confirmation, I can’t see that this deal includes free Prosecco after all?! And I can’t find any reference to such a deal… but am sure I didn’t imagine it!?
Hi @waitrose. Not for the first time, I’ve got my milk home from the shop and it’s leaked… this time all over the front footwell of my car, and my Waitrose Food magazine! Even more of a mess when I then tried to remove it (and the soggy magazine). Please may I have a refund?

Annoying that no way to check gate times in BA app. Apple Wallet boarding pass notification showed totally random time (14:40) with no explanation of what that meant.
@andburd Hi Andrew, sorry to hear you're stuck at passport control. Did u manage to make the flight in the end? I can see their boarding now. The gate closes 20 minutes before departure. Natalie
Hi @Crew_Clothing. I am having trouble with my order. I have not received a belt I ordered, but cannot wait any longer - and still need want to return two pairs of shorts. But my Order Number (starting with 8) is not being recognised. Tried before and still not working today.
