@amazon @AmazonAE @AmazonUK how can it be so difficult to discuss an issue with the way a complaint has been dealt with - 3 weeks and 18 unanswered emails - just being ignored. DM’d as instructed and emailed but nothing - need someone to take action 😡

@amazon @AmazonAE Issue raised here over 3 weeks days ago regarding an unsatisfactory situation with the way complaint was dealt with - 18 emails sent no reply - keep getting told by the social team to email in reply to the DM which I have done already - how do we escalate 😡

@AmazonAE @amazon when you record your calls for “quality assurance” but you are not prepared to share or review the call to verify what was actually said by an Amazon employee - and subsequently you are effectively tell your customer they are lying😡 hmm - I call foul!

@HeathrowAirport terrible experience due to @British_Airways overselling BA073 (10th Nov) 😡- with a wheelchair user downgraded and then offloaded, and flown to DXB on the 11th instead - a huge thank you to Frank and Emily in Departures who went above and beyond to help us 🙏🏻
