@RoyalMail who do I contact if I’m not getting any post. I’m aware of a number of people who sent cards to us this week and nothing has arrived even when posted first class on Monday. Can I report this online or at my local post office?

@MartinSLewis Will the benefit cap limits still apply to those with larger families. I can see a situation where people get more Uc For more children but then their benefit is cut due to the benefit cap so they are no better off . Is the benefit cap rate increasing?

@British_Airways you’ve cancelled my flight tomorrow and booked me onto one on Tuesday which is not convenient. I want to cancel the holiday but when I press confirm refund I get an error code. None of your phone lines are working either. How do I sort this out ?

@Askdesk788 @Myprotein I’ve messaged your team too and you just tell me it’s lost or not delivered as weather bad . Neither you or my protein will accept a different address. My protein just send it out again and we end up in an endless loop. Why can’t you deliver to a different address ?

@Myprotein hi Evri are on the 5th attempt to deliver my parcel to a shop . I want this parcel and want to give either an alternative address or just cancel it as I think they’ve lost it. How can we sort this out

@Myprotein I’ve tried that but no one seems to understand that the delivery can’t be delivered to that location as the evri scanner is broken at the shop. Is there a phone number as endless messages are not resolving the issue,
