Bryan Johnson invited me into his home. I took him up on it, and we had a very in depth and insightful conversation about his extreme “don’t die” protocol. And to his credit, he took on even the most hard hitting of questions. We discussed lifespan, ‘anti-aging’, HRT, his exotic drug cocktails, gene therapy, rigorous diagnostics, age clocks, his critics, his unusual diet, bold claims he’s made, and he even flipped things on its head and psychoanalyzed my mindset for a solid half hour. I’m glad we were able to sit down and have such a candid conversation, and I really enjoyed it. That 4+ hour conversation with @bryan_johnson just went live on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple. I would've posted it here on X too but the video length allowance is capped at 3 hours.

@dm6580 @Jason Making this about gender is a nice victim grab. There are plenty of women on the national stage I’ve got so much respect for, who can communicate and idea and deliver messages intelligently. Kamala is just not one of them.

As a woman, I feel Kamala’s passion and can relate to the experience of being in meetings where my tone or delivery was mocked, only for a man to say the same thing later and receive praise. It happened often enough that, eventually, the mockery stopped, and our team became more cohesive. It’s frustrating but also telling of the progress we still need to make in recognizing contributions based on content, not delivery or gender.

@MaxArmand I had a list of 250+. Sold all my deals to 3-5 buyers and the rest were other junk buyers wasting time and wholesalers looking to daisy chain. Keep it small, ask for POF. Have a good chat with someone before adding.

The MLS is a wasteland, and the deals I’m getting from wholesalers are just as bad. As such, I started doing a ton of marketing direct to Owners and the initial response has been great. So much so that I might need to start offloading deals. My question is… how much would you offer to pay one of the top wholesalers for their investor list? If I need to start blasting out deals I’d love to have an email list with 500-1000 investors on it. Should I have my assistant start making calls and compiling a list from scratch, or should I offer a mid-level wholesaler $1,000 to just export me a list??

@chernobelskiy Not normal. Myself and most of my entrepreneur friends are on a health share plan for about ~10k/ year. Medi-share, Samaritan, liberty.. have me, wife and 4 kids all on this plan for <$400/ month with 8k deductible.

@dollarsanddata I started a business flipping homes and became a millionaire thru real estate equity, biz equity and stocks. I had none of the above, many young entrepreneurs have achieved this thru business.

@AustinLinney I’ve do about 40/yr. It’s important to keep the crews busy- we usually put them on rentals when flips are slow but it’s a very dangerous game to be buying outside the numbers just to keep crews busy. Losing money on multiple flips is more expensive than finding new crews.

Many years ago I meet huge flipper they did 140-160 houses a year He gave me this advice You always try to make money of course But sometimes it’s just as important to keep your crew busy If I don’t keep them busy they will leave Then you’re looking for new crew which is terrible This lesson taught me so much Attract top talent and just because your slow find a way to keep them busy It will cost way more to replace them
