@Cleartrip Yesterday I was able to book one ticket via phone booking and it is an extremely tedious process (10+ mins of phone call and separate calls for booking and verification). I tried booking another ticket online right now, same issue. Moving to @makemytrip for now. Irritated max
why is this happening? I have been trying for the last 3 days to book my tickets using my HDFC CC at Cleartrip. HDFC CS provided no support and no complaint was registered as well. Please solve this, this is very inconvenient

@Dell_IN please ask your sales team to stop calling me. I got 20+ calls in the last 1 week or so even after saying we don’t need your services. Also my number is on DND, I can formally complain to TRAI about this if required.

@Swiggy you have now lost your plot. Not the first time: my food order is ready at the restaurant since the last 30 mins and no delivery partner has been assigned. Moving to Zomato now, this has been to me 4 times in the last one month or so. Horrible customer experience
