We were Clay's largest user at one point in time, hitting their platform 17.3 million times per week. Last month we replaced them entirely with a $200/mo Claude Code subscription.
I can't write code. Neither can James, my VP of Growth who built the replacement.
Here's the full story.
Clay is a GREAT product and I TRULY think most people should use it. But we hit their ceiling.
50,000 row limit per table.
12.5 million row cap per workspace.
Tables that take days to actually delete.
Clicking "run all" thousands of times and waiting days for things to clear out.
So
When you're processing millions of leads, all the above become the bottleneck of your entire business.
James had never touched Claude Code before. Three weeks after learning it, he built our entire core system.
With Clay, processing 1 million leads took 27 hours.
And it would error out often enough that we would always have to plan on hitting the “run all rows” button again on 20+ clay tables. IYKYK
but
Our new system waterfall enriches 1 million leads in 5 seconds. 272,000 leads PER SECOND.
AND On top of the core engine, we vibe coded a Google Maps scraper that pulls leads zip code by zip code across all 32,000 US zip codes.
AND An AI lead finder that hits 95% contact match rates where Apollo gives you about 30%.
AND Ad library scrapers for Google and LinkedIn.
AND An AI campaign analysis system.
AND An auto-refill system so clients never run out of leads mid-campaign.
One we started building with Claude, we just couldn’t stop
Now we have the data ready for clients sending 5 million emails a month within 1 week of signing the contract.
I put together the full system blueprint -- every tool, the tech stack, a Clay vs custom comparison, and a 6-step playbook for building your own. Plus a video walkthrough where I show you the live system and how each tool actually works.

Travel demand in 2026 is becoming more experience-oriented, and Airbnb’s own data shows this shift clearly.
Searches for stays near U.S. national parks are up 35% this year, with nature and outdoor experiences outpacing all other categories.
Airbnb’s 2026 travel predictions also show that 65% of the top-searched travel dates align with major global events including the Olympics and the World Cup, indicating that travel planning is being driven by specific experiences, not just locations.
Meanwhile, broader trend reports from Airbnb and partners highlight that short, intentional trips like 1–2-day getaways driven by culture and outdoor activities — are increasing faster than traditional longer vacations.
Hotels and platforms are responding. A recent hospitality report noted that 72% of travelers want vacations focused on learning new skills or personal interests, a trend sometimes called “skillcations.”
These shifts show travel is no longer just about getting away. People are booking stays tied to experiences, events, and meaningful activities.
This is measurable change in how people choose where and why they travel.

If you’re below 10k/mo, this document will get you your next 10 clients.
I've signed dozens of whales with this EXACT strategy.
(and now I’m giving it away FREE)
Here's what I did:
1. I picked my dream prospects
2. Did free work for them that was highly personalized
3. Sent it before they ever asked.
Just a deliverable so damn good they HAD to respond.
This is Dream 100.
And I spent an entire weekend packaging the entire system into one implementation guide.
Inside:
1. 10 commandments to live by so you don't waste your outreach
2. The "core outcome" exercise that keeps every deliverable tied to what prospects actually want (money and time)
3. A deliverable brainstorming framework with real examples across multiple industries
4. How to build your prospect list by finding "micro influencers" in your niche
5. A CRM pipeline setup so no prospect falls through the cracks
6. Real outreach scripts that are personalized without the fluffy "I love your dog" nonsense
7. My exact 14-day follow-up cadence with selfie videos and multi-platform touchpoints
8. How to handle the first call without pitching
I'm sharing it for free for the next 48 hours.

Airbnb is offering $750 USD to new “entire home” hosts in the 16 official FIFA World Cup 2026 host cities across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
To qualify, hosts must:
• Create a new “entire home” listing in an eligible host city • Complete their first stay by July 31, 2026
• Meet Airbnb’s standard listing and hosting requirements
The incentive applies to new listings, not already active properties. Searches in host cities are up around 80% year over year, and Airbnb estimates new hosts could earn about $3,000 during the tournament window.
The $750 incentive shows they expect real demand.
If you are in a host city, this is the time to get set up properly, not wait until bookings are already moving.

We’ve submitted multiple Snap Star applications for a UAE-based media creator with millions of followers & major press coverage, but haven’t received a manual review yet.
Would truly appreciate a fair internal review.

The 2026 Winter Olympics just wrapped & the travel data is eye opening.
Data from multiple travel platforms show bookings and passenger traffic to Northern Italy up roughly 180%, and total bookings nearly tripling (+193%) compared with the same period last year. (GoTravel)
Here’s the pattern we’re seeing:
• Travelers are booking months earlier, not later.
• Multi-city and extended stays are common because guests want more than just competition seats.
• International markets (U.S., UK, Germany, Canada) are driving a big share of this surge.
For Airbnb owners, this is what's important:
1. Most hosts won’t think about demand until events are a week away. They’ll raise prices, tweak rates, and hope someone shows up.
2. Building direct booking infrastructure before demand peaks.
3. Capturing emails and remarketing audiences early.
4. Position homes for group travel and extended stays tied to event demand.
Big events highlight one truth: Exposure doesn’t equal bookings, confidence does.
Location alone doesn’t book dates, but a purposeful system does.

@AlexHormozi I was busy running my real estate business the traditional way. Took 6 months off and went all in on AI. Now I'm running multi-agent operations while my peers are still busy learning ChatGPT. The disruption isn't only coming from outside the market. Some of it is already inside.

Airbnb just announced that roughly 1/3 of its North American customer support chats are now handled entirely by AI agents.
This is not a small experiment; it's an actual change.
AI is managing booking changes, refunds, cancellations, and routine disputes without human involvement.
This matters for more than cost savings.
When a platform the size of Airbnb begins standardizing communication through AI, guest expectations change. Response speed becomes immediate. Consistency becomes the norm. Waiting hours for a reply starts to feel outdated.
For hosts and operators, this creates a new baseline.
If the marketplace communicates instantly and clearly, but your direct booking process still relies on delayed replies, vague follow-ups, or manual back-and-forth messaging, the contrast becomes obvious.
In my opinion, AI in hospitality should not be about replacing people. It should be about removing friction, shortening the time between interest and decision, and helping guests feel confident enough to book without hesitation.

My clients post got 90,000+ impressions in 48 hours.
My client thinks I cracked some secret LinkedIn code.
I didn't.
I just realized what worked in 2025 is dead in 2026.
Step-by-step breakdowns? Generic recycled info.
Personal stories? Overdone unless you're already a massive authority.
The algorithm changed. And most people are still posting like it's last year.
That's why their reach is dying (or never grew)
I just recorded a full video masterclass breaking down:
→ The exact post I mentioned above
→ Why it outperforms everything else by 3-5x
→ How to adapt it for YOUR niche (with examples)
→ My framework for turning these big posts → booked sales calls
→ The psychology behind why people engage with this format
This post for my client:
- Got 90K+ impressions
- 4 qualified booked calls
- 70 new followers IN their ICP
If you're stuck posting content that gets ignored, this will honestly change everything.

Over 50% of World Cup trips are already being booked by families and groups.
According to Airbnb Newsroom:
• 75% of family bookings are for 2–3 bedroom homes
• Most stays are 2–5 nights, not week-long trips
• LA, Miami, Seattle, SF, and KC are seeing demand first
• Gen Z makes up 15%+ of bookings, nearly half traveling in groups
• International guests stay 3+ nights longer and travel beyond host cities
Owners who are ready for groups, shorter stays, and travelers using the World Cup as a starting point will pick up bookings early.
This is why we’re already looking at building event-specific pages, group-focused offers, and early marketing setups for 2026. Big events don’t reward last-minute prep. They reward owners who start positioning before everyone else realizes it matters.
