@AmazonHelp @makemytripcare As mentioned earlier by me, I had a long chat with your representative, but issue remained same. He advised me to try through my trip option of makemytrip app, but that doesn't accept their booking id.

@AmazonHelp Hi, I had a long chat with your rep. but no outcome. I tried calling your dedicated phone number but it doesn't accept the dialled options. I tried through @makemytripcare app, but it doesn't accept it's booking ID. Pl cancel my outbound RUH-HYD for PNR LD5ZPN n process refund.

@visa, @AmazonKSA Unauthorized transaction on my SAB Visa card at Amazon KSA. Despite repeated follow-ups with @alawwalsabcare, no refund yet. Mandatory OTP verification for online transactions should be implemented, or at least make it optional security feature for customers.

@EmiratesNBD_KSA Dear NBD, Despite submitting a credit card cancellation request over a month ago, and sending multiple reminders, you have now issued a new statement invoice. This is unacceptable. Confirm the cancellation immediately and reverse all unjustified charges.

@makemytripcare I received the refund message with SAR 0.00 citing the booking was cancelled by me, whereas the flight was cancelled by the airlines and submitted the refund request upon your recommendation. This is utterly unacceptable, please ensure I get my full refund.

@alawwalsabcare But the advices you mentioned do not work. Please solve the issue here, or respond to the calls (no representative accepts the call even after hour), or at least entertain the customers when they visit to your branch.
