@joshmanders @hkauffman1_ On this boat!
You’d have to take Github from my cold dead hands.

GitLab was designed by developers with no eye for design but think they do. The UX is atrocious as if they never used their own product.
I'd let GitHub lose another 5-10% uptime before I'd consider switching to BitBucket before I'd consider GitLab.

This is a huge bang-for-buck improvement you can add to your UIs.

Starting a drag across file checkboxes lets you batch select with the mouse only in File Pilot. Similar to rect selection, but sometimes more handy, and it works across all views.

Pi has implemented the best agent loop that I have read, the pi-mono/agent is only a few files and I use it for teaching the topic.
It's the simplest, most efficient harness token wise. Highest cache hit rate, lowest tokens per session, least bugs

Everything is markdown now and it will likely be an important part of the rest of human history.

Parallel Web Systems@p0
We built a completely free CLI agent with @badlogicgames's Pi agent, @ollama (Gemma 4), and Parallel's new free web search MCP. Check out the blog post to see how to do it yourself: parallel.ai/blog/free-CLI-…

Way too much debt
I'm so stupid
But it's glorious
I bought everything used or repurposed old equipment except for the water block, 1 GPU, and 3 fans.
Even though I'm not thrilled about spending the cash, I only have about $10.5K into it (not counting parts I paid for years ago).
Safe to say I did pretty damn good all things considered.
I'd like to thank @centralcomputer for helping me get this project off the ground.
Now that I have this together, my aim is to support the OSS community.
If you're interested in running local models, consider following me on this journey.
