@theo @gqueiroz1313 @seconds_0 @_mateic Trolling aside, of which they are clearly, I just want to add: All Railway users are entitled to, and should expect, reliability We chose GCP originally. We moved the vast majority of workloads off. We will now only run it as redundant replicas (not primaries)

It appears Google Cloud has blocked our account, and so some services are unavailable We’ve escalated this to Google and will keep people posted. Deepest apologies.

@JustJake @JustJake Could you kindly ask somebody at Railway to unblock me? I'm a paying customer and while I understand somebody might not like me, it would be nice if we can unblock my account, please.

I wonder how much damage this does to Google Cloud, let alone Railway. Has to be at least $1B for google long term. As someone who worked in gcp, I would describe the culture as the opposite of customer obsession. I have a few horror stories I’ll keep to myself, but let’s just say there’s many smart people who are just not incentivized to care about the long term success of its services.

Jake is being very transparent about GCP as a cause, and they are also owning the failure and being very cordial about it. You are not. Everything you're saying here applies to you 10x.
