I mapped 4,000 CryptoPunks holders to see how the OG NFT community connects. Same rules as before - if two wallets own NFTs from the same collection, they're linked. But the Punks ecosystem tells a completely different story. Average degree of 75 (vs 6.4 in my last post) means each Punk holder shares collections with ~75 other holders. That's over 10x more connected! The Punks community isn't just wealthy - they're incredibly active collectors with similar taste. Here's the wild part: average path length is only 2.14. That means you're typically just 2 hops away from any other Punk holder. Pick any two random Punk owners - they probably have a mutual friend. It's like the entire ecosystem is one giant group chat. Network diameter of 6 means the furthest apart any two holders can be is 6 connections. For context, Facebook's entire global network has a diameter of about 4-5. So 4,000 Punk holders are almost as tightly connected as billions of Facebook users. The density here is insane - this isn't just a community, it's practically a small town where everyone knows everyone. Compare this to the fragmented clusters in my previous analysis. Punks holders move as a pack. TL;DR: If NFT communities were cities, most collections look like sprawling suburbs with distinct neighborhoods. CryptoPunks is Manhattan - dense, connected, and everyone's in everyone else's business. (Tip: Load the viz in 4K)

.@MarriottBonvoy @Marriott @MarriottIntl just had the worst night at courtyard marriott fishermans wharf was thoroughly humiliated by Donnie and Adriano, and Mauricio Donnie let out a really loud laugh after checking us in and looking at our passports, making us feel really humiliated later we asked if we could get some hot water bc we checked in at 11pm and were hungry, and he told us to just get water and heat it up in the microwave - i confirmed 3 times if it was ok, and Donnie dismissed us and said yes obviously the microwave caught on fire - Donnie started saying we were dumb and started muttering under his breath that we were not civilised Mauricio came on and told us he would like us to leave and check out immediately - and challenged me to take it up with the manager. he also discriminated me for not being american. this is unacceptable. we need to speak to someone asap as we dont feel safe.
