Has anyone else been having problems with @netflix#Netflix my account has been hacked 4 times in as many days! No one at Netflix seems to be able to fix it. So today Jose and Fran are enjoying Netflix viewing while I am locked out but still paying the bill 🤬
@artbyhew Hi Helen. We would only ever decline a debit card if the name or address registered with the card is different from that registered on your NS&I account. For any other reason, it would be your bank or card issuer declining the transaction. Christine
