Do we need a randomized clinical trial to show the benefits of ‘holistic’ medicine in Parkinson’s? @basbloem says not so fast. If it makes you feel better and it is safe, it makes me happy too. Holistic medicine is beating conventional medicine in spending time with persons and there is something to be learned and may not always trigger a randomized trial. Evidence is good but not everything. @movedisorder plenary talk today. #parkinson
