When I used to work in customer service we would respond to every single message. Does the idea of helping customers still exist anywhere? It doesnt seem to in the world of @sainsburys, @AldiUK, @LidlGB, @Tesco, @morrisons and @AsdaServiceTeam @asda

@asda webdesign 101 include a lost password link. Looks like chrome messed up and saved the password wrong, now I have to arse about contacting you because it seems that you did not have the foresight to include password retrieval functionality on your login form.

@AsdaServiceTeam please can you once and for all fix your useless app! It keeps showing unable to connect to internet when there is a perfectly good connection! 😡

@AsdaServiceTeam @asda I wonder if you could please explain this to me; If I spend £85, I get £8.50 rewards. But someone else spends £80 and gets £16.50 reward???
