@LNER our 1818 train ABD to DAR was cancelled. Tried getting on the 0752 tomorrow but can't reserve any seats can you please advise why this is the case? A 5 hour journey with no seat is unacceptable

@LNER We need to go DAR for a wedding. We have already missed the ceremony as there isn't a service to get us there in time. Due to 1818 cancellation have lost a night in a hotel we paid for months ago can you advise on compensation for this?

@ashleebeewrites Apologies it seems that all the reservations on this service tomorrow morning have been filled. Unreserved seats can be found in Coach C or Coach M, or you can amend your journey to a service with reservations available free of charge.

@LNER No error message as such just that there are no available seats and "you may have to stand" for this journey
