@CitizensBank So, you launched a whole new bill pay system in which I can't see my balance and my upcoming payments without visiting two separate pages, AND you seem to have canceled all of my auto pays. Is that right? Switching banks is hard, but this may be harder.

@CitizensBank @ChemPhD1990 That's not strictly true. Payments scheduled for 9/8 and 9/9 will NOT be made on time. I know because I've been on hold for about 30 minutes trying to get one payment canceled so I can make it today to avoid a late payment fee. You guys REALLY need to do better.

@CitizensBank I just tried to use the bill payment system and received a message indicating that the bill payment system is down until 09/08/2025. Why are you choosing to inconvenience all of your customers instead of testing the new system offline. Very poor choice.
