इंडिगो अपनी माफ़ी अपनी जेब में रखे और ये बताए कि इतनी ही ग्लानि महसूस हो रही है तो यात्रियों का डबल पैसा रिफंड करेगा?

@jpbcare My account was closed due to KYC expiry without any prior info. I've mailed support many times & shared my ID proof + account details for fund transfer, but they keep creating new tickets instead of resolving it.

@firstcryindia I raised an exchange request - item was picked on 2nd Oct. Delivery date showed 5th Oct, then changed to 7th, 9th, and now 11th Oct — still not delivered! No response from support either. Why such delay and no update? Please resolve ASAP.

@zomatocare My order number is 6777739125. Some items were missing from the package. I emailed a complaint to Zomato support, but got a response saying the support team can't take any further action. Zomato is responsible for delivering the complete order. I want a refund.
