I feel a deep sadness. So many of us worked very hard to get Trump back in office. We believed he would put America First and no new wars would be started.
What we have seen this term is the opposite of what we voted for, understand it is not MAGA that has changed, it is Trump.

Ms. Maur is vice president of the German Federal Chamber of Psychotherapists, president of the Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Psychotherapists, and a practicing child and adolescent psychotherapist. She also played a key role in developing the controversial and non-evidence-based guidelines for treating minors with so-called gender incongruence. What am I being accused of? At the end of January, as part of a thread on the planned EU ban on conversion therapy, I shared a video that had been published on this platform since September 2025 and commented on it critically from a political perspective. In it, Ms. Maur explains to other therapists how to issue a letter of indication for gender-affirming surgery if a child or adolescent declares a so-called “non-binary gender identity.” The Federal Social Court has clarified in a ruling that health insurance companies do not have to finance procedures (e.g., mastectomies of healthy breasts) for “nonbinary” individuals. Therefore, they refuse to do so in this case. This gives the impression that Ms. Maur is attempting to circumvent the health insurance companies' refusal by following the procedure described in the video. Ms. Maur sent me a warning letter because of my tweet about her and my retweet of the video. I was not prepared to sign the warning letter because I believe it is important that these events are made public. WELT also recently reported on Ms. Maur's statements. WELT has also been threatened with legal action for its reporting. My lawyer's strategy is explained in more detail in the appeal for donations by Frauenheldinnen. Frau Maur ist Vizepräsidentin der Bundespsychotherapeutenkammer, Präsidentin der Psychotherapeutenkammer Rheinland-Pfalz und praktizierende Kinder- und Jugendlichen-Psychotherapeutin. Außerdem hat sie maßgeblich an der umstrittenen und nicht evidenzbasierten Leitlinie zur Behandlung von Minderjährigen mit einer sog. Geschlechtsinkongruenz mitgewirkt. Was wird mir vorgeworfen? Ich hatte Ende Januar im Rahmen eines Threads zum geplanten EU-Konversionstherapieverbot ein seit September 2025 auf dieser Plattform veröffentlichtes Video geteilt und habe dies kritisch politisch kommentiert. In diesem erklärt Frau Maur anderen Therapeuten, wie man ein Indikationsschreiben für genderaffirmative Eingriffe ausstellen kann, wenn ein Kind oder Jugendlicher eine sogenannte "nonbinäre Genderidentität" erklärt. Das Bundessozialgericht hat in einem Urteil klar gestellt, dass die Krankenkassen Eingriffe (z.B. Brustamputationen gesunder Brüste) für "nonbinary" nicht finanzieren müssen. Daher lehnen diese in diesem Fall ab. Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass Frau Maur mit dem in dem Video geschilderten Vorgehen versuchen will, die Ablehnung der Krankenkassen zu umgehen. Frau Maur hat mich wegen meines Tweets zu ihrer Person und dem Retweet des Videos abgemahnt. Ich war nicht bereit, die Abmahnung zu unterzeichnen, denn ich halte es für wichtig, dass diese Vorgänge an die Öffentlichkeit kommen. Über die Aussagen von Frau Maur hat auch die WELT bereits kürzlich berichtet. Auch der WELT ist für die Berichterstattung mit rechtlichen Schritten gedroht worden. Zu der Strategie meines Anwalts ist in dem Spendenaufruf von Frauenheldinnen weiteres ausgeführt. Ich werde mich auch diesmal nicht zum Schweigen bringen lassen und kämpfe dafür, dass über die Transmedizin und ihre Folgen öffentlich weiterhin kritisch diskutiert wird. Das geht nur mit Eurer Unterstützung. Ich danke Euch schon jetzt.

OK so “queer” was reclaimed. It went from a slur - to a political slogan - to a broadened identity - to a market - to a HUGE industry. The first rule of markets is expansion, and I have seen the expansion firsthand, and the cynicism behind it in my industry; the music industry. As long as a market is expanding, it is very hard to to fight its negative effects. While the money is pouring in nobody wants to critique it, even its worst excesses, even authoritarianism and child safeguarding get a slide.

New Suicide Data Shows Disproportionate Risk for LGBTQ+ Children in England
Newly released data highlights a significant disparity in child suicide deaths affecting LGBTQ+ young people in England and raises questions about how policy decisions impact child safety and wellbeing.
Figures obtained by QueerAF through a Freedom of Information request to the National Child Mortality Database show that between April 2019 and March 2025, 647 children in England died by suicide. Of those children, 107 were identified as LGBTQ+ and 46 were identified as transgender.
This means approximately 16.5 percent of the children who died by suicide during that period were LGBTQ+ and approximately 7.1 percent were transgender. These proportions are significantly higher than estimates of LGBTQ+ representation in the general child population, indicating a disproportionate impact.
Preventable deaths campaigner Lucy Brisbane said that every preventable death of a child is unacceptable and that understanding contributing factors is essential to reducing risk. She stated that protecting all children, including trans children, requires removing political considerations from policymaking and focusing on evidence-based prevention.
Research and clinical reporting consistently link elevated suicide risk among LGBTQ+ children to external factors rather than identity itself. These factors include bullying in school environments, family rejection, social isolation, exposure to stigma and hostility in public discourse, and coercive practices such as conversion therapy.
The data does not suggest inevitability. Instead, it identifies conditions that can be changed. Evidence shows that safer school environments, supportive families, access to appropriate healthcare, and policies grounded in established research are associated with improved mental health outcomes for LGBTQ+ young people.
Gay, lesbian, and transgender adults were once children. The outcomes reflected in this data arise from experiences during childhood and adolescence rather than from identity alone. Early environments play a critical role in shaping long-term wellbeing.
The policy question raised by this data is direct. Should systems prioritise support, acceptance, and safety for children as they are, or should they maintain conditions that evidence shows increase the risk of harm and death.

A young detransitioner, Fox Varian, has won $2 million damages in a medical malpractice lawsuit, in which she sued the psychologist and surgeon who approved her for a double mastectomy, aged 16. Varian's mother testified that she'd been against the surgery, but was pressured into agreeing because she'd been told that unless her daughter transitioned she was likely to commit suicide.
As the floodgates open, and more and more detransitioners sue the clinicians who subjected them to an unregulated medical experiment, gender identity activists will almost certainly continue to ignore any evidence that fails to support their preferred narrative. They'll keep insisting that hardly any transitioned people regret their irreversible procedures, that gender clinicians know exactly what they're doing, that surgeries, cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers are of proven benefit and that minors who're denied these treatments will to kill themselves. All of this is a lie.
Speaking at the WPATH conference in 2021, British endocrinology consultant Leighton Seal admitted 'we are doing procedures here where we don’t have outcome data.' A woman from Utah said she felt gender clinicians like her were making it up as they went along: 'Because I feel like we’re all just winging it, you know? And which is okay, you’re winging it too. This will go down in history as one of the worst medical scandals of all time. Adults inside and outside the medical profession sold troubled young people like Varian the idea that all of their complex trauma would be resolved by removing healthy body parts.
As more and more detransitioners arrive in court, the public will learn the full extent of the harm done to kids in the name of an ideology. Clinicians performing these 'treatments' will go down in history as barbarous activists who betrayed a sacred oath: to do no harm. But we should never forget how many people outside the medical profession urged these young people on, gleefully assuring them that anyone advising caution was an evil bigot. There are people in elitist professions like publishing and academia, not to mention politicians and celebrities with young fan bases, who did all they could to champion the idea of gender identity, and kept pushing it even as the evidence of harm mounted. They're just as culpable as the clinicians. Too lazy to think more deeply than the fashionable mantras that got them social media likes, too arrogant to look at evidence from anyone outside their political bubble, they've slurred whistleblowers and attacked anyone with valid questions. In doing so, they've created a cultural climate without which this appalling tragedy could not have taken place.
Never forget, because only by learning the lesson can we stop this happening again.
