.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia YOU FUCKING ASSHOLES You have reset the wifi router in my office without my permission using the backdoor that you guys have. Now my entire network is offline. I'm done with your shit company. Throwing your shit device and connection back at you. This is exactly what I had warned when I took this connection that I have no control over the router in my own office. Lesson learnt.

@saybwala @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia For office it is always recommended to get an enterprise connection and not a regular connection. It is also recommended to put the airtel router in Bridge mode and install a firewall. Router won't restart and won't reset automatically using TR 609 remote connections that way ;)

@DefiantDevii @saybwala @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia All ISP across the globe throttle connections. Bandwidth is not an unlimited resource !! Besides vpn is encrypted traffic so the speed of VPN connection depends on the hardware at your end that is encrypting and decrypting the data!!

Bought an AC from Daikin. Thought It would do things “properly” this time. Paid 2x for their official AMC....peace of mind, right?Then the story begins… Visited the same center from where I bought AMC → “Sir, raise complaint online.” Raised it online → got assigned a different center. That center → “Sir, AMC wala center will handle this.” Back to square one. 3 touchpoints. 0 accountability. If this is the experience after paying a premium, what’s the point?Big brand, but no clear SOP. @DaikinIndia please fix this. Customers shouldn’t be doing ping-pong for basic service.

@tarunvats33 My S26 battery life has reduced after Feb update. Smoothness has also reduced. App openings can feel little laggy and app openings stutter a bit. Over all not happy with Feb update on regular S26. Don't know about ultra

Airtel's "Unlimited 5G" plan feels misleading. Even after recharging with the unlimited 5G plan, you don't get truly unlimited data. The 5G icon shows up and speeds look normal, but the data still gets deducted from the daily 2GB limit. From my experience, there seems to be an unofficial cap. After around 350GB of usage in a month, the so called unlimited 5G stops working and data starts getting deducted from the daily quota again. I have reported this to their customer support but didn't get any real help. Earlier I had to recharge the ₹11 unlimited 5G for 1 hour pack to continue using the internet, but even that plan seems to be gone now. Anyone else facing the same issue with Airtel 5G?

Why is there no Full refund & Free rescheduling being offered by @airindia ?? When government issues advisory restricting non-essential travel all airlines must offer free re-schedule/Full refunds. @DGCAIndia @mohol_murlidhar please look into it.

Set your phone to: • 2K resolution (QHD+) • Use Vivid display settings as mine • Brightness 30–40% Now try reading some articles or X posts and focus on the text. Do your eyes feel comfortable or strained? For me, in QHD+ resolution I find it hard to focus on the text and it causes some eye strain. In FHD resolution, the issue is still there but manageable for around 5–6 hours of daily usage

They say that 5G has Highspeed & Low latency. Speedtest states that my Jio True 5G latency is poor even bufferbloat is pathetic!!. Network doesnt support proper gaming and other services properly as tested by speedtest. @JioCare

@Radek_speaks @kalapian_ Use a pin and physically do a factory reset of the router and login using admin admin it will work. But there aren’t much changes that you can do except ssid. WiFi password and dns changes

@kalapian_ This is surprising. I also have Airtel XStream Fiber connection. I can access admin setting using 192.168.1.1 I had taken admin password from the technician who has done the installation (and changed later on). I can change the settings.

After multiple calls with the Airtel XStream Fibre tech team - I have been informed that using an Airtel connection is not possible without a locked down device. I cannot make even simple changes like changing my LAN IP address and this will be done by remote login by an Airtel technician into my router using a parallel admin ID. The technician refused to divulge who all have access to such admin privileges. Even if you purchase another router that has fiber input - you have to use it as a bridge with the compromised Airtel device. This device is a clear security risk for any business or home. Do not use. I am processing a request for disconnection soon @Airtel_Presence and looking for an ISP that doesn't have locked down devices like these at the customer end. @internetfreedom @iam_anandv

I got an Airtel XStream Fibre connection installed at the office. @Airtel_Presence 1. Your tech team had locked all settings in the router during installation without informing the customer. I am unable to even change the LAN IP address. The only setting I'm able to change is one WLAN SSID and password. 2. There is a security issue that there is an admin account on the router that I can access and another one in the router that I am unable to delete. This is clearly a security vulnerability as someone can access my router from the ISP end without my knowledge. 3. There is an additional WLAN SSID active on my router which I cannot delete because I am not able to access the settings. Since I don't know the password to this SSID - someone can misuse my internet. If your team doesn't come over on Monday to rectify and reset the router - I will be forced to cancel the connection. Frankly this is illegal behaviour by your company. Anyone taking an Airtel fiber connection please be warned. @nixxin @iam_anandv

@kalapian_ @Chandra06367932 Use my airtel app to change SSID & WiFi password. Btw if you disable LAN DHCP your devices won’t be able to get a LAN IP and internet will stop working 😂 nothing to do with security breach!!

See my earlier post 1. There is an SSID active on my router without any access with me. Anyone can login on that SSID and for example post something malicious on social media - the KYC and IP linked to the connection is mine. 2. I'm unable to do simple things like switch off the DHCP server.

@tushar @kalapian_ @reliancejio Jio is even worst!! Atleast airtel backend does whatever settings you want on airtel router!! Jio does not even allow any setting changes in their routers and does not even provide static IP for home connections. Airtel atleast provides bridge mode to static IP users

@kalapian_ File a no internet/ internet not working complaint technician will visit you. Ask him to log a ticket with DSL NoC team and inform technician what all changes you require in your router, NOC team will do it for you.

@ValueWithPrem @kalapian_ That’s what you think? Look up TTL all devices are accounted for whether on ISP router or a router behind ISP router ( Double NAT) ISP can monitor & see all devices and user activity. Nothing can be hidden!!

@kalapian_ Simply use another router using airtel router lan. • Airtel router cannot: • scan your devices • access your PCs • see your traffic • open ports on your devices • Airtel router only sees one device > your another router.

In US you don’t need a recharge to receive calls and messages In UK you don’t need a recharge to receive calls and messages In France you don’t need a reachable to receive calls and messages In most countries, you don’t need a recharge to receive calls and messages But in India, if you don’t pay ₹155 per month, you won’t get calls or messages, no OTPs , no important messages, nothing. Reason : Duopoly
