I got an Airtel XStream Fibre connection installed at the office. @Airtel_Presence 1. Your tech team had locked all settings in the router during installation without informing the customer. I am unable to even change the LAN IP address. The only setting I'm able to change is one WLAN SSID and password. 2. There is a security issue that there is an admin account on the router that I can access and another one in the router that I am unable to delete. This is clearly a security vulnerability as someone can access my router from the ISP end without my knowledge. 3. There is an additional WLAN SSID active on my router which I cannot delete because I am not able to access the settings. Since I don't know the password to this SSID - someone can misuse my internet. If your team doesn't come over on Monday to rectify and reset the router - I will be forced to cancel the connection. Frankly this is illegal behaviour by your company. Anyone taking an Airtel fiber connection please be warned. @nixxin @iam_anandv
